English in Action back at HAK Bregenz

This year’s 3-day customized preparation course for the written A-levels exam took place at our school from 14th – 16th February. 36 students of all final-years of HAK, HWI and AUL classes took part in the course.

Senior teacher Matthew Colthup and his highly motivated colleagues Clie and David- all of them native speakers from Britain - tried their best to make the pupils speak, read and write English only for three days in a positive and encouraging atmosphere, so they could indeed considerably improve their reading, listening and writing skills. All trainers supported the classes in their work on level B2 / C1 reading and listening tasks and give them professional advice and helpful tips for designing leaflets, writing emails and reports or commenting on a blog post.

Working with the UK trainers from EIA is very exciting, varied and will be most useful for the upcoming graduation exams.
